This notice explains the information Archelon processes when you use the marketplace and community services.

Information we process

We process account and profile details, listings, messages, support requests, moderation records, uploaded images, approximate location details you submit, and technical security logs. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes.

Why we use it

Information is used to provide accounts and messaging, publish listings, prevent abuse, moderate content, answer support requests, send requested notifications, comply with legal obligations, and protect users and the service.

Sharing and retention

Public profile and listing information is visible to visitors. Other information is shared only with service providers or authorities when needed to operate the service, enforce rights, or comply with law. Records are retained only as long as needed for these purposes, disputes, security, and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and security retention requirements. You can also object to or restrict certain processing where applicable.
