Archelon provides a marketplace, messaging tools, and community spaces. Archelon is not the seller, buyer, breeder, carrier, veterinarian, or payment provider in transactions arranged by users.

Accounts and listings

You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and comply with applicable animal welfare, trade, transport, consumer, and advertising laws. Listings may be reviewed, rejected, removed, or suspended when they are misleading, unsafe, unlawful, or contrary to platform rules.

Transactions and animal welfare

Users are responsible for verifying identities, permits, health records, ownership, suitability, delivery conditions, and the legality of each transaction. Never arrange an animal transfer that risks harm or violates local rules. Obtain professional veterinary advice where appropriate.

Community conduct

Harassment, fraud, spam, impersonation, illegal content, and attempts to bypass platform security are prohibited. Users retain responsibility for content they publish and grant Archelon permission to display it for operating the service.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an availability basis. To the extent permitted by law, Archelon is not responsible for user conduct, off-platform payments, shipping, animal health outcomes, or indirect losses. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
